| AutoActuals comes with a standard AICP bid form which is actually eight pages in length. The pictured screenshot is a portion of the top Summary Page (page one). When bidding or actualizing, your totals are entered on the cover sheet as well as in the section total areas. Pages 2-8 are detail sections where bid information and production costs (estimated and actuals) are detailed. |

| AutoActuals PO Log |

| The PO Log is a simple list using a standard Excel worksheet. It's quick and easy to log in the appropriate information (AICP#; PO#; description; $amount) as PO's are assigned. The register of PO information can be searched, sorted and actualized. Use it while on the set and you'll know where you stand as the project progresses. Or assign copies of the log form to various crew members and the information can later be combined and even dynamically linked to any bid form. Or log the information in at the end of the job to cut your wrap time. |

| The Time Sheet is where you input each crew member's In and Out times and your total payroll is automatically calculated with separate categories of Overtime, Double Time, and variable Lunch rules to accommodate Union and non-union jobs. |
