- Is there an error message?
- Is the error reproducible? ("Error occurs only/mainly when I do...")
- Which operating system (Version) do you use?
- Include any additional specifications you know, i.e. memory size, dual core, etc.
Open a new eticket in our Support Center and include the above information in your message.
